Great customer service

This is the second time that I have used Beau's Bouquets and I was just as impressed as the first time! I ordered a florist's choice bouquet through the website in the morning with a note asking for some yellow flowers to be included if at all possible and the flowers were delivered that afternoon exactly as requested. I live on the other side of the country to my family and it is wonderful to finally find a florist who is absolutely reliable and goes out of their way to meet customers requests when it's possible to do so. Beau's Bouquets is now my first choice for flower deliveries in Bristol and I wish them every success.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. The feedback from the recipient was amazing. I got an email from the florist too, saying how delighted the recipient was to get the beautiful flowers.

Beautiful flowers delivered today for my Nan and the customer service has been amazing. We have had to rearrange the delivery 3 times due to unforeseen circumstances and nothing was a problem for Amy. She has been very accommodating. Thankyou very much!x
